When you want to see the most tulips in the open air, then probably the best time to visit is the last two weeks of April and the first week of May. But for sure from the start until the last day you will see many tulips and beautiful flowers.
In the first 2 weeks there are plenty of tulips to see inside a hall.
Actually anytime will do!
